Retail Returns

BaseballFly.com offers the following Returns Policy:


All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 14-days of original shipping date.
All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.

RETURN INFORMATION FOR ALUMINUM/COMPOSITE BATS
 DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once
 the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to BaseballFly.com
. To ensure proper sizing,
 have the player swing the bat outside. If the bat is, or becomes, defective, you MUST contact us via email info@baseballfly.com for warranty information. We will assist you with returns to the manufacturer.

RETURN INFORMATION FOR WOOD BATS
 Make sure the sizing of your wood bat is correct before use. Once the wood bat has been used, it cannot be
 returned to
BaseballFly.com™. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. There is NO
 WARRANTY on wood bats. Neither
BaseballFly.com
™, nor the manufacturer will accept returns for broken,
 cracked or otherwise defective wood bats.


 
RETURN INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS
 Special orders, Team Orders, or Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any
 reason.
Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.

 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

STEP 1. E-Mail us at info@baseballfly.com with your invoice number to begin the echange/return process.

STEP 2. Verify your item is in it's original unused condition with all packaging and/or tags attached.

STEP 3. We will E-mail you a RA# (Return Authorization)

STEP 4. Ship the exchange/return package to:

              BaseballFly.com Returns Dept.
              at the address provided with your "Approved" RA number
              Please write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box. Items returned without the RA# may be rejected by our shipping department.


 EXCHANGES: We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore,
 
BaseballFly.comwill gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for
 return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions! ONLY within 14 Days of the original shipping date.


 
REFUNDS: Refund returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.
 The original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original shipping
 was free. (i.e. customer orders a bat for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive a  refund of $150
 minus the 25%, minus cost of original shipping). We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt.  Please
 allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.


 CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales
 are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.


 
All products sold by
BaseballFly.com are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
 warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us
 immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!


 
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
