Beacon Sporting Goods Retail Store Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange (except football helmets 14 days).

NO Hassle Return or Exchange.....
we understand you may get something and not like it or change your mind. That is okay with us just as long as ALL tags are attached and item is in original condition, (bats MUST still have the plastic wrapper intact) be brand new & unused. Jock Straps & Undergarments - No returns & NO exchanges

Choose your return or exchange option:

  1. Return item with NO Exchange, 20% restocking fee.
  2. Return item with Exchange of another item of equal or greater value NO restocking fee.
  3. Return Footwear with NO Exchange, 30% restocking fee on items under $100 and 20% restocking fee items over $100.
  4. Return item for a Store Credit NO restocking fee. A store credit never expires.

** Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. If shipping charges were originally free they remain free. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. **

Returns initiated without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Baseball Glove & Bats - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30 days from purchase date (extended returns on orders between November 1 & Christmas may be returned up to January 31)

BAT WARRANTIES
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries up to a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
 
NEW BATS [UNUSED/UNOPENED]
All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to Beacon Sporting Goods within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@beaconsortinggoods.co for a Return Authorization. Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable. If you return a Bat to BeaconSportingGoods that is out of its original packaging it will be shipped back to you at your expense. 
 
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.
