No returns or exchanges are available after your Spirit Store close date. Any order changes must be made before your close date. You can contact us via email email@example.com or phone (617)479-8537 to submit order changes.
All returns of defective items must be in new unused/unworn condition with tags attached. You will receive a simple exchange for the same product size, color, design that had been previously purchased. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to and from to complete the exchange process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of our error ( ie. we sent you the wrong item.)
Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above and are not authorized will not be returned to the customer and are ineligible for any type of exchange/refund. No Exceptions.
